Introduction

Welcome to Instagram Grid Planner. These Terms govern your use of our instagram grid planner to preview, reorder, and export a grid snapshot before you post. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Instagram Grid Planner is a browser-based instagram grid planner that lets you upload images, preview a 3-column Instagram-style grid, drag-and-drop to reorder tiles, and export a PNG snapshot for planning and approvals. The service is provided as-is and may evolve over time.

3. User Accounts

No account is required to use the free instagram grid planner. If we introduce optional accounts in the future, you agree to provide accurate information.

If you create an account in the future, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must be 16+ (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

4. Credits System and Payments

Credits

Instagram Grid Planner is currently offered as a free instagram grid planner for core planning features. If we introduce optional paid features, we will describe any credits or usage limits in the product UI and/or pricing page.

Subscription Plans

If we introduce subscription plans, pricing and plan details will be published on the website. Until then, the core instagram grid planner experience is free to use.

Payment Terms

For any paid plans, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method. Payments will be processed securely by a payment processor. Pricing may exclude applicable taxes.

Billing Cycle

If subscriptions are offered, they may bill monthly or annually and may auto-renew unless canceled. Any included usage allowances may reset on a schedule described at purchase.

Refunds & Cooling-Off Period

If paid subscriptions are offered, refunds (if any) will be described at purchase and may be available where required by law. Contact support@instagramgridplanner.com for billing support.

Fees may be non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment Failure & Grace Period

If payment fails for any paid plan, we may suspend or downgrade access to paid features until payment is resolved.

Changes to Fees

We may change pricing for paid features with reasonable notice.

5. Usage Rules

When using Instagram Grid Planner:

  • Use the instagram grid planner for legitimate planning, preview, and workflow purposes.
  • Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
  • Don't compromise the platform or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DON'T GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT USING THE instagram grid planner WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC OUTCOMES. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS (IF ANY), OR (B) $100 USD. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE instagram grid planner.

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from: (1) content you upload, (2) your violation of these Terms, or (3) misuse of the service.
